Level 3 uses an LLM to semantically verify your agent's manifest against its source code. To enable Level 3, set one of these environment variables before running 'agent serve': ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=sk-ant-... OPENAI_API_KEY=sk-... Uses claude-haiku or gpt-4o-mini. Cost is typically < $0.01 per analysis. Restart 'agent serve' after setting the key.
Level 4 (Sandbox)

Level 4 runs your agent in an isolated execution environment, intercepts network calls, and observes runtime behavior. Requires a container runtime to be available on this machine. If unavailable, this level is skipped and the trust score reflects the skip penalty.
