उपयोग

image (image2d) लौटाता है: scalar field को LUT से रंगकर overlay करता है, साथ में color bar।

t = (field - vmin)/(vmax - vmin) को [0,1] में clip करके lut[round(t*(n-1))] से रंग बनाया जाता है (सीमा से बाहर के मान को छोर का रंग मिलता है -- यह color bar के छोर जैसा ही है, इसलिए झूठ नहीं बनता)। overlay alpha वाला α compositing है; mask देने पर केवल उन्हीं pixels पर।

Parameters

field : (H, W)

image जितने ही आकार का scalar field। non-finite मान केवल nan_transparent=True होने पर

पारदर्शी के रूप में स्वीकार होते हैं (default में ValueError)।

lut : (n, 3) or None

None हो तो palette.diverging_lut के 256 स्तर।

vmin, vmax : float or None

None हो तो field का (finite मानों का) न्यूनतम / अधिकतम। दोनों बराबर हों तो ValueError।

Raises

ValueError

shape का मेल न होना, non-finite (अनुमति के बिना), vmin == vmax, alpha [0,1] के बाहर,

bar का आयत image के बाहर, या LUT का shape।
