annotate_outline_layout — ANNOTATE paper op

• Data kinds: mask → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.annotate_outline_layout(mask) (to call the implementation directly, import annotate; annotate.annotate_outline_layout(mask); from the registry, opsannotate.get("annotate_outline_layout"))

Usage

Returns a table (dict): the boundary loops of a binary mask (closed polygons along pixel edges) and its centroid.

Contours come from contours_xld._trace_mask_boundaries (outer + holes, per component). The polygon area matches the mask's pixel count exactly.

Returns

dict

{"contours": [(K,2) arrays of (x,y)], "centroid": (x,y), "area": int, "bbox": (x,y,w,h), "n_loops": int}.

Raises

ValueError

mask is not 2-D, has no true pixels, or is non-finite.
