compose op• Data kinds: image2d → image2d
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.zoom_inset(img, src_rect, dst_xy, factor=3, color='emphasis', width=2, connect=True, scheme='okabe_ito', style=None) (to call the implementation directly, import annotate; annotate.zoom_inset(img, src_rect, dst_xy, factor=3, color='emphasis', width=2, connect=True, scheme='okabe_ito', style=None); from the registry, opsannotate.get("zoom_inset"))
A magnified inset — adds a frame and a leader line to the original figure.
Magnification is np.repeat nearest neighbour (integer multiples). It does not interpolate, in order to guarantee that the inset is "the original pixels themselves" (smoothing would make it look as if structure appeared that was not there).
src_rect : (x, y, w, h)
Source region to magnify.
dst_xy : (x, y)
Top-left of the inset destination.
factor : int
Integer magnification (>= 1).
connect : bool
If True, connects corresponding corners of the source frame and the inset frame with 2 lines.
ValueError
factor below 1 or non-integer, source frame/inset sticks out of the image.
