ballworld op• Data kinds: table × table → scalar
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.add_ball(world: 'dict', mesh: 'dict', p, R=None, *, name: 'str' = 'ball') -> 'int' (to call the implementation directly, import ballworld; ballworld.add_ball(world: 'dict', mesh: 'dict', p, R=None, *, name: 'str' = 'ball') -> 'int'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("add_ball"))
Adds a ball to the world at pose (p, R). The per-face labels (ball 23 / marker 24) are kept as is. Return value = index into objects.
• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).
• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.
• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
