hertzian_tangential_inner — DRIVE tacslip op

• Data kinds: matrix × matrix × scalar × scalar × scalar × scalar → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.hertzian_tangential_inner(x, y, q0: 'float', a: 'float', G: 'float', nu: 'float') -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import tacslip; tacslip.hertzian_tangential_inner(x, y, q0: 'float', a: 'float', G: 'float', nu: 'float') -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("hertzian_tangential_inner"))

Usage

Closed form of the surface displacement produced inside the circle r ≤ a by a Hertz-type tangential traction q0√(1−r²/a²) (Johnson 1985 Eq. 3.91). ux = (πq0/32Ga)[4(2−ν)a² − (4−3ν)x² − (4−ν)y²], uy = (πq0/32Ga)·2νxy [m]. Not valid outside the circle (use convolution there). Raises ValueError: a, G ≤ 0, x and y differ in shape.
