tacslip op• Data kinds: image2d × scalar × scalar → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.marker_detect(m, dark: 'float', r_px: 'float', binary: 'bool' = False) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import tacslip; tacslip.marker_detect(m, dark: 'float', r_px: 'float', binary: 'bool' = False) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("marker_detect"))
Marker image m (marker_image) → marker centers. weighted (primary, (x, y) [px] of shape (N, 2)): connected components at the high threshold 0.5·dark (blob2d.blob_label) are the bodies, pixels at the low threshold 0.08·dark (fringes) are assigned to the nearest body via a distance transform, and the m-weighted centroid is refined with iterative Gaussian weighting (σ = r_px). weighted_plain = before refinement. With binary=True, binary = row/col of blob2d.blob_features (binary centroid; it also computes perimeter and convex hull, so 0.4 s for 1,000 markers). Components touching the border are discarded. n = number of bodies. Fringes are separated from the bodies because when the neighbor spacing shrinks from 8 → 6 px in the slip annulus, the low-threshold fringes connect and merge into 1 component (measured). Raises ValueError: m is not 2-D, dark outside (0, 1], r_px ≤ 0.
