membrane_markers — DRIVE tacslip op

• Data kinds: scalar × scalar → matrix

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.membrane_markers(n: 'int', pitch_px: 'float', ox: 'float' = 0.3, oy: 'float' = 0.6) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import tacslip; tacslip.membrane_markers(n: 'int', pitch_px: 'float', ox: 'float' = 0.3, oy: 'float' = 0.6) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("membrane_markers"))

Usage

Regular grid of marker centers (N, 2) = (x, y) [px] scattered over an n×n-pixel field of view (pitch pitch_px, subpixel phase (ox, oy)). Just 1 extra ring is also scattered outside the field of view (for markers that move in through displacement). Raises ValueError: n < 8, pitch_px < 2.
