mor_from_beta — DRIVE env op

• Data kinds: scalar → scalar

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.mor_from_beta(beta: 'float', contrast: 'float' = 0.05) -> 'float' (to call the implementation directly, import driveenv; driveenv.mor_from_beta(beta: 'float', contrast: 'float' = 0.05) -> 'float'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("mor_from_beta"))

Usage

Extinction coefficient β [1/m] → visibility = −ln(contrast)/β. Default 0.05 = WMO meteorological optical range (MOR ≈ 2.996/β); 0.02 = Koschmieder (3.912/β).
