pendulum_rod_simulate — DRIVE kendama op

• Data kinds: none → table (an op determined by its arguments alone — it takes no image or data input)

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.pendulum_rod_simulate(L: 'float', theta0: 'float', t_end: 'float', dt: 'float' = 0.001, g: 'float' = 9.81, omega0: 'float' = 0.0) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import kendama; kendama.pendulum_rod_simulate(L: 'float', theta0: 'float', t_end: 'float', dt: 'float' = 0.001, g: 'float' = 9.81, omega0: 'float' = 0.0) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("pendulum_rod_simulate"))

Usage

Rod pendulum (the constraint acts in both directions: it does not go slack) θ̈ = −(g/L) sin θ integrated with RK4. Returns {"t", "theta", "omega", "energy"} (energy = ½L²ω² − gL cos θ, unit mass). For comparison, to check the period theorem for θ₀ > π/2, where a string goes slack.
