polygon_peg — DRIVE pegsym op

• Data kinds: scalar → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.polygon_peg(n: 'int', apothem: 'float' = 0.005, yaw: 'float' = 0.0, cut: 'float' = 0.0, centre=(0.0, 0.0)) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import pegsym; pegsym.polygon_peg(n: 'int', apothem: 'float' = 0.005, yaw: 'float' = 0.0, cut: 'float' = 0.0, centre=(0.0, 0.0)) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("polygon_peg"))

Usage

Peg cross-section (counterclockwise vertex list): regular n-gon (apothem apothem [m], normal of face 0 at yaw [rad]). If cut > 0, vertex 0 (between face 0 and face 1) is cut off by a line whose normal is that vertex's direction, cut [m] inside the circumcircle — keyed (symmetry n = 1). Returns vertices (V, 2), n (nominal n-fold symmetry of the shape: 1 if keyed), apothem, circumradius and yaw. Raises ValueError: n < 3, apothem ≤ 0, cut < 0 or at least the difference between circumradius and inradius (an edge vanishes).
