scherrer_size — DRIVE pxrd op

• Data kinds: scalar × scalar × scalar → scalar

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.scherrer_size(fwhm, two_theta, wavelength, K=0.9, instrumental_fwhm=0.0, combine='gauss') (to call the implementation directly, import pxrd; pxrd.scherrer_size(fwhm, two_theta, wavelength, K=0.9, instrumental_fwhm=0.0, combine='gauss'); from the registry, opsdrive.get("scherrer_size"))

Usage

Crystallite size [Å] by the Scherrer equation (L = K λ / (β cos θ)).

> The detailed description below is the original text — the summary and the headings are translated.

fwhm・instrumental_fwhm は 2θ の半値全幅 [deg]、two_theta [deg]、wavelength [Å]。試料による広がり β は combine="gauss" で sqrt(fwhm² − inst²)、"lorentz" で fwhm − inst。

Raises ValueError: fwhm <= instrumental_fwhm(装置より細い山 = 径が決まらない)、非正の値、綴り違い。
