Usage

Folds an angle into the representative (−π/n, π/n] of the n-fold symmetry quotient SO(2)/C_n ((−π, π] for n = 1, 0 for n = 0 = circle). The group identity symmetry_fold(α + 2πk/n, n) = symmetry_fold(α, n) is the gate. Raises ValueError: n < 0, angle not finite.
