ttc_from_range — DRIVE ttc op

• Data kinds: none → scalar (an op determined by its arguments alone — it takes no image or data input)

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.ttc_from_range(distance: 'float', closing_speed: 'float') -> 'float' (to call the implementation directly, import drivettc; drivettc.ttc_from_range(distance: 'float', closing_speed: 'float') -> 'float'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("ttc_from_range"))

Usage

τ = d / v (seconds) from distance and closing speed. Ground truth derived from the world poses (inf if v ≤ 0, ValueError if d < 0).
