wedging_risk — DRIVE pegfail op

• Data kinds: table × scalar → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.wedging_risk(kp, theta: 'float', margin_deg: 'float' = 0.5) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import pegfail; pegfail.wedging_risk(kp, theta: 'float', margin_deg: 'float' = 0.5) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("wedging_risk"))

Usage

Wedging risk for tilt θ [rad]: the ratio θ/(c/μ) to the boundary c/μ (OCW p.28) and 3 levels (safe / near / over) that take the margin margin_deg into account. Wraps pegsim.wedging_check and adds theta_limit_deg and headroom_deg = c/μ − θ in degrees. At μ = 0 the boundary is inf and the result is always safe. Raises ValueError: θ < 0, margin_deg < 0.
