perceptual op• Data kinds: rgbimage × rgbimage → scalar
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.fsimc(ref, dist, data_range: 'float' = 255.0) -> 'float' (to call the implementation directly, import iqafsim; iqafsim.fsimc(ref, dist, data_range: 'float' = 255.0) -> 'float'; from the registry, opsimgmetrics.get("fsimc"))
FSIMc (including chroma I / Q, 1 = identical, higher is better). It agrees with TID2013's FSIMc.txt to 4 digits when given a color image (RGB → YIQ full range) (iqatid.tid2013_evaluate(root, fsimc, luma="rgb"), 3,000 pairs, max |diff| 5.0e-5). For an (H, W) input, the same value as FSIM. Details: fsim_pair.
