tid2013_index — IMGMETRICS iqa op

• Data kinds: any → table

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.tid2013_index(root) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import iqatid; iqatid.tid2013_index(root) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsimgmetrics.get("tid2013_index"))

Usage

Reads mos_with_names.txt and returns the ledger of pairs.

Returns: names (3000, spelled as in the distribution), mos (3000,), ref / dist_type / level (each an int array, 1-based), ref_files (paths of the 25 references, in number order), dist_files (paths of the 3000 distorted images, in ledger order), root. The author values metrics_values/*.txt have no names and are listed in this ledger order (i01_01_1 … i25_24_5), so this function owns the order. Raises ValueError: row count ≠ 3000, a name not of the form iXX_YY_Z.bmp, the set of names does not match the BMPs in distorted_images/ (case-insensitive), the 25 references are not all present, or MOS is outside [0, 9].
