volseq_cut_video — LIVE4D series op

• Data kinds: volseq → video

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.volseq_cut_video(volseq, plane: 'str' = 'xy', position: 'float' = 0.5) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import live4d; live4d.volseq_cut_video(volseq, plane: 'str' = 'xy', position: 'float' = 0.5) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opslive4d.get("volseq_cut_video"))

Usage

Video (T, H, W) of a volume time series cut by a single cross-section (video).

plane is "xy" (z fixed) / "xz" (y fixed) / "yz" (x fixed); position is the relative position [0, 1] along the fixed axis. Unlike maximum intensity projection a section does not lose overlaps, but motion leaving the section is not visible.

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
