volseq_mip_video — LIVE4D series op

• Data kinds: volseq → video

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.volseq_mip_video(volseq, axis: 'int' = 1) -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import live4d; live4d.volseq_mip_video(volseq, axis: 'int' = 1) -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opslive4d.get("volseq_mip_video"))

Usage

Collapses a volume time series into a video (T, H, W) by maximum intensity projection along axis axis (1 = z, 2 = y, 3 = x) (video).

After collapsing, 2D+t ops such as video_spacetime_cube / video_cube_cut / motion_magnify can be used directly. Maximum intensity projection is a projection where "anything somewhere along the depth is visible", so overlaps are lost (to see what was lost, compare with the sections of volseq_cut_video).

References (sample data, literature)

• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
