labels_to_indices — REPRCONV index op

• Data kinds: labels → indices

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.labels_to_indices(labels) (implementation को सीधे call करना हो तो import reprconv; reprconv.labels_to_indices(labels), registry से लेना हो तो opsreprconv.get("labels_to_indices"))

उपयोग

labels → non-background के index (N,)। indices_to_labels की उल्टी दिशा।

2-D या उससे अधिक की label image भी लेता है -- उस स्थिति में index labels.ravel() में index (C order) होते हैं। np.unravel_index से इन्हें coordinate में वापस बदला जा सकता है, पर वापस बदलने के लिए मूल shape चाहिए, इसलिए यह दिशा shape को छोड़ देती है (irreversible)।

Args:

labels: किसी भी dimension का integer/real label array।

Returns:

(N,) int64। जिन जगहों पर label 0 नहीं है उनके flat index (बढ़ते क्रम में)।

Raises:

ValueError: ख़ाली / non-finite / 1 भी non-background नहीं।

संदर्भ (sample data, साहित्य)

• Sample data catalog (DL URL / license) — 2-D के लिए skimage.data (BSD/public) + synthetic, 3-D के लिए real data sources (Stanford/PDS आदि) के DL URL।
