matrix_to_rot_scale — REPRCONV algebra op

• 데이터 종류: matrix → rot_scale

• 호출: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.matrix_to_rot_scale(matrix)(구현을 직접 호출하려면 import reprconv; reprconv.matrix_to_rot_scale(matrix), 원장에서 가져오려면 opsreprconv.get("matrix_to_rot_scale"))

사용법

2-D 닮음 변환 (2,2) → (각도[도], 배율). rot_scale_to_matrix 의 역.

배율은 열 노름, 각도는 atan2(m[1,0], m[0,0]). 전단을 포함한 일반 (2,2)를 넘겨도 예외는 나지 않으므로(닮음 성분만 읽는다), residual이 필요할 때는 호출 측에서 m - rot_scale_to_matrix(...)를 구할 것.

Args:

matrix: (2, 2).

Returns:

float의 2-tuple (angle_deg, scale).

Raises:

ValueError: (2,2)가 아님 / 퇴화(배율 0) / 비유한.
