• Data kinds: score → position

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.score_to_position(score) (implementation को सीधे call करना हो तो import reprconv; reprconv.score_to_position(score), registry से लेना हो तो opsreprconv.get("score_to_position"))

उपयोग

score volume → अधिकतम मान की position position (z, y, x)। score से निकास।

integer grid पर argmax (subpixel refinement नहीं करता -- वह मौजूदा refine_peak_newton का काम है; यहाँ उसकी नकल करने से 2 जगह अलग उत्तर आएँगे)। एकतरफ़ा (one-way) (1 position से volume वापस नहीं मिल सकता)।

Args:

score: (D, H, W)।

Returns:

float का 3-tuple (z, y, x)।

Raises:

ValueError: 3-D नहीं / non-finite।

संदर्भ (sample data, साहित्य)

• Sample data catalog (DL URL / license) — 2-D के लिए skimage.data (BSD/public) + synthetic, 3-D के लिए real data sources (Stanford/PDS आदि) के DL URL।

• Operators का स्रोत और संदर्भ — इस op family के मूल research/methods के स्रोत।

• Algorithm का मानक स्रोत (लेखक, वर्ष) और उपयोग ऊपर की family usage guide में दिए गए हैं।
