world op• Data kinds: points → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.voronoi_cells(seeds, size) -> 'Dict[str, object]' (to call the implementation directly, import segworld; segworld.voronoi_cells(seeds, size) -> 'Dict[str, object]'; from the registry, opssegmentation.get("voronoi_cells"))
Voronoi partition of seeds inside a rectangle, returned as polygons with areas and internal edge lengths (brute-force half-planes, O(n^2)) (voronoi_cells).
Returns: polygons (list of polygons, each (k, 2) [y, x]), areas (shoelace), edge_length_total (sum of internal edge lengths), n_edges (number of internal edges), perimeter_internal (n,) (internal edge length of each cell).
