shape_synthesize — SHAPESTAT model op

• Data kinds: shapemodel → points

• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.shape_synthesize(model, sigmas=None, n_modes: 'int' = 3, seed: 'int' = 0) (to call the implementation directly, import shapestats; shapestats.shape_synthesize(model, sigmas=None, n_modes: 'int' = 3, seed: 'int' = 0); from the registry, opsshapestat.get("shape_synthesize"))

Usage

Generates 1 plausible new shape from the model. → (N, 3).

If sigmas is given, scores of that many standard deviations are used; if omitted, the first n_modes components are drawn from a normal distribution. A shape beyond 3 standard deviations is one of which the group contained not even 1, so by default it is not drawn (it can be made by stating it explicitly via sigmas).
