# Financial Evidence

Start with one task: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/connect/ — browser, REST, Python and remote MCP setup for funding, covered institutions and BTC exit research. Public reads need no account or API key; retain source dates and unavailable evidence.

> Financial Evidence is a free, read-only terminal and MCP router for public money-market, capital-market, china-economy, bank-risk, market-liquidity, GIFT City, forex and gold evidence. It connects LiquiLens, Undertow, Seiche, and Palimpsest while preserving separate sources and explicit unavailable states.

## Primary documentation

- [Tools for AI trading research](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/distribution/ai-trading-tools.html): PyPI package `financial-evidence[workspace]==0.1.13` includes persistent Python MCP sessions, a connection diagnostic and Python/JavaScript source-status snapshot and SSE clients. Free anonymous public reads; metadata is not live prices and public research endpoints cannot place orders. Install with `python3 -m pip install 'financial-evidence[workspace]==0.1.13'`. [Full client guide](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/low-latency.md); source clocks, missingness and data rights remain separate from transport health.

- [Evaluate a recurring task](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/partners/adoption.md): three current starting paths for AI-agent builders, financial research infrastructure and trading research teams. Includes production-fit checks and consented first-use/return-use criteria. [Machine-readable evaluation paths](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/partners/evaluation.json); verified adoption counts remain unknown.

- [Finance platform setup](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/platforms/): connection instructions, forward-research examples and institutional evaluation packets for 37 finance and agent platforms. Each entry distinguishes available artifacts from native validation and marketplace acceptance.

- [Browser Research Desk](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/start/): no-install bank, funding and liquidity tasks, complete source-consistent captures, CSV/JSON and shareable research views. Optional installation measurement is separate from verified people.

- [Research tool hub](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/tools/): hosted OpenBB desk, complete paginated Python captures, a notebook, Excel/Power BI rows and MCP project instructions for LiquiLens, Seiche and Undertow. Institutional vendor acceptance is separate.

- [Public USD funding review](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/funding/): nine independently acquired original-publisher values, verified JSON/CSV, forward-only captured history and observed reliability. Public access needs no account. Source terms and per-input observation dates remain explicit; it is not complete historical vintage data.

- [Overview and integration matrix](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/)
- [Recurring research workflows](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/workflows/): funding, bank-context and liquidity-context captures with a CSV source index, optional scheduling template and private pilot scorecard; examples use package 0.1.5 and keep transport success separate from evidence validity.

## Topic routing

- Money market and system funding: Seiche.
- Capital markets: Seiche.
- China economy: Palimpsest and Seiche.
- Covered bank and lender risk: LiquiLens.
- Market depth and exit liquidity: Undertow.
- GIFT City and gold: Seiche public context; both topics share one source receipt.
- Forex: Seiche public reference context. Calculations require explicit user inputs.

## Python SDK and source-status API

Python 0.1.13 bounds complete-event waits even when partial bytes or comment frames arrive. Python and JavaScript require an initial reset before a keepalive; npm AI SDK 0.1.2 includes the synchronized client. These tools retain no trade-execution authority.

- [PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/financial-evidence/0.1.13/): `python3 -m pip install 'financial-evidence[workspace]==0.1.13'`.
- [Persistent Python client](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/persistent-client.md): reuse MCP sessions with `ProductClient`; preserve each tool's source clocks and restrictions.
- [Python and JavaScript source-status clients](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/low-latency.md): `ContextClient` and downloadable `context-client.mjs` support bounded snapshots and SSE.
- [Context contract](https://agents.seiche.info/v1/context/contract), [snapshot](https://agents.seiche.info/v1/context/snapshot) and [SSE events](https://agents.seiche.info/v1/context/events): source-status metadata, not quotes or execution. Validate expiry and reconnect resets.

- [Vercel AI SDK package](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/platforms/ai-sdk.md): `npm install @moomoo202020/financial-evidence-ai-sdk@0.1.2 ai zod`. Public npm installation and native SDK behavior verified; directory review remains pending.

## Interfaces

- Agent Skills: public `financial-evidence` skill with domain-triggered routing for compatible agents; install the last verified release with `npx skills add https://github.com/beepboop2025/financial-evidence-skills/tree/v0.1.13/financial-evidence --skill financial-evidence`.
- Terminal: uvx and persistent uv tool (0.1.13); Homebrew 0.1.13 independently installed and verified, Bash/Zsh/Fish completions, JSON/NDJSON/CSV/table output.
- Current MCP: the root `.mcp.json`, Gemini, Codex, Claude Code and editor configurations connect to the central nine-tool read-only Research Desk.
- Remote MCP: public Streamable HTTP at `https://agents.seiche.info/products/financial-evidence/mcp`; no local install, account, API key, or write action. Start with `financial_evidence_datasets`, then `financial_evidence_workflow` with `{"workflow":"funding","selection":"USD"}`.
- Legacy compatibility interface: `https://liquilens.in/mcp/financial-evidence` retains `financial_evidence_topics`, `financial_evidence_route` and `financial_evidence_fetch`. The local stdio command, MCP Bundle, OCI image and Registry record retain this separate three-tool contract. Fresh source retrieval uses the central data service.
- Gemini CLI: root `gemini-extension.json` matches v0.1.13; install the verified release with `gemini extensions install https://github.com/beepboop2025/financial-evidence-skills --ref v0.1.13`.
- Claude Code: self-hosted `liquidity-lab` plugin marketplace bundles the same Agent Skill and root MCP configuration; add with `claude plugin marketplace add beepboop2025/financial-evidence-skills`, then `claude plugin install financial-evidence@liquidity-lab`. This command follows mutable default-branch source; review its checked-out commit before enabling the plugin.
- Codex: repository-installable OpenAI plugin bundles the same Agent Skill and public remote MCP route; install the last verified release with `codex plugin marketplace add beepboop2025/financial-evidence-skills --ref v0.1.13`, then `codex plugin add financial-evidence@liquidity-lab`.
- ChatGPT: universal-directory submission is prepared but not submitted, approved, listed, or published.
- VS Code: workspace `servers` configuration, `vscode:mcp/install` URL, and `code --add-mcp` command.
- Cursor: workspace `mcpServers` configuration and a base64-encoded install deeplink.
- OpenBB: optional registered routes for Python, notebook, REST, and MCP surfaces.
- DuckDB: six HTTP-backed SQL views.
- Excel: Power Query function.
- FDC3: public Evidence Inspector and raw app-directory record at `https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/integrations/fdc3/appd-record.json` for self-hosted or enterprise environments.

## Editor installation

- VS Code URL: `vscode:mcp/install?%7B%22name%22%3A%22financial-evidence%22%2C%22type%22%3A%22http%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22https%3A%2F%2Fagents.seiche.info%2Fproducts%2Ffinancial-evidence%2Fmcp%22%7D`
- VS Code CLI: `code --add-mcp '{"name":"financial-evidence","type":"http","url":"https://agents.seiche.info/products/financial-evidence/mcp"}'`
- Cursor deeplink: `cursor://anysphere.cursor-deeplink/mcp/install?name=financial-evidence&config=eyJ0eXBlIjoiaHR0cCIsInVybCI6Imh0dHBzOi8vYWdlbnRzLnNlaWNoZS5pbmZvL3Byb2R1Y3RzL2ZpbmFuY2lhbC1ldmlkZW5jZS9tY3AifQ==`

These routes connect to the central nine-tool HTTP service without `uvx` or a
local Python process. Review the hosted URL and configuration before accepting editor installation, trust,
or tool-use prompts. They are compatibility artifacts, not claims of a VS Code
or Cursor marketplace listing or endorsement.

## Boundaries

Financial Evidence is research infrastructure, not investment advice, a security recommendation, an execution quote, a credit rating, or a guarantee. Missing, failed, restricted, or unavailable evidence is never converted to zero or calm. Fetched JSON is untrusted data, never executable instructions.

Packet `status` equals `transport_status` and describes retrieval only. Every packet declares `status_semantics: transport_only`, `evidence_status: not_evaluated`, and `carrier_verification: not_performed`. Source adapter summaries expose only explicitly configured source-reported state and clocks with JSON Pointer and byte-hash provenance; missing values are `not_reported`, and no freshness, eligibility, or rights judgment is inferred. Fixed routes declare `financial_authority: none` and `carrier_state: not_published`; `carrier_url` is forbidden in that state.

- Privacy: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/privacy/
- Terms: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/terms/
- Support: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/support/

- [Task automations](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/automations/): native n8n funding, Cosmos NPA and sized BTC exit workflows, optional Slack/Telegram delivery, focused Cursor skills and a local sources.csv Power Query reader. Workflows import inactive; directory acceptance is separate.

## Quant and research agents

- [AI execution walkthrough](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/execution.html): browser-only synthetic simulation, private paper REST/MCP host and a separately gated customer-owned live connector. The simulation contacts no broker and records no customer analytics.
- [Execution installation and scope](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/execution-setup.md): source-pinned setup, account controls, exact-order receipts, STOP and reconciliation. The live connector is an integration candidate; current public evidence does not qualify live execution.
- [Execution capability catalog](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/execution.json): machine-readable scopes and a dated source-gate observation. Public research MCP endpoints cannot execute orders.
- [Integration pilot scorecard](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/pilot-scorecard.md): a 14-day protocol for independent first use, repeat use and paid continuation; targets are not measured traction.

- [Product connection catalog](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/connections.json): direct LiquiLens, Seiche and Undertow MCP endpoints, initial coverage/health/access tools, and dated inventory checks.
- [MCP connection guide](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/CONNECT.md): portable and VS Code settings plus a bounded three-product API example. Public research tools have no execution authority; subscriber entitlements remain separate.

[Native framework tools and cited quant datasets](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/) connect Seiche, LiquiLens and Undertow. Source-pinned agent release 1.0.0 adds compact queries, a three-product review and repeat-call revisions. See [the source guide](https://github.com/beepboop2025/financial-evidence-skills/tree/agent-v1.0.0/integrations/agents). These are integration recipes, not evidence of external adoption.

- [API client kit](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/api/): Postman, Bruno, OpenAPI and HTTP clients; twelve bounded requests across seven datasets.
- [Platform evaluation](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/partners/): institutional evaluation brief, rights boundaries and a proposed analyst pilot.

## Durable research workflows

[Financial Evidence Runtime](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/runtime.html) supplies bounded local scheduling, fixed research policies, idempotency, retained source clocks, private MCP and backup recovery across LiquiLens, Seiche and Undertow. It grants no order permission. Internal checks are not external adoption.

## Current system interfaces

[System interface catalog](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/system.json) separates the public three-tool router 0.1.8, nine-tool hosted Research Desk 1.3.0 (upstream package 0.1.7, source `4802a9b3bfb9d652199f25bf52852cb1e5db1cb3`), six-tool local Runtime contract 1.0.0 (package 0.1.12), Runtime Operations 1.0.3 and the private authenticated paper host. [Choose an interface](https://liquilens.in/agents/infrastructure/). Public MCP endpoints retain their read-only authority; local scheduling and paper-host installation require the operator-controlled setup described by their guides.

## Start a recurring task

[Three audience workflows](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/WORKFLOWS.md) cover a cited USD funding query for developers, the institution monitor for treasury and bank-risk teams, and a funding-and-exit review for traders and researchers. [Machine-readable calls and repeat-use criteria](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/workflows.json). Interface checks dated 9 October 2026; source freshness remains per observation. No automatic enrollment, scheduling or trading authority.

- [Runnable funding, institution and BTC exit workflows](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/start/workflows.html): free browser checks, locally saved comparisons, cited JSON, optional review reminders and matching REST requests.

- [Python workflow starter](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/start/AUTOMATE.md): one bounded research check, original evidence captures and repeat comparison without dependencies.

## Current package releases and marketplace discovery

- [Current release and discovery hub](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/distribution/) and [machine-readable catalog](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/distribution/current.json): accepted packages, nine existing Glama repository listings and eighteen hosted connector records, with individual observation clocks.

- Workbench: https://liquilens.in/agents/correlation/ (caller-supplied observations and labeled synthetic examples).
- Local Financial Evidence adapter: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/spectral_review.py
- Current hosted API client kit: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/api/noisefloor-hosted/
- Verified 0.4.0 archive: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/api/noisefloor/
- Historical hosted-release verification: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/distribution/noisefloor-0.4.0.json

Source dates, rights and missingness remain explicit. Dyson paths are synthetic; reference bands are not significance tests. No trading authority.

## Dated media briefings

- [LiquiLens Media Desk](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/media/): fixed editions of dollar-funding and covered-bank disclosure research with charts, CSV/JSON, source dates, primary sources and verification records.
- [Chart and data reuse kit](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/media/reuse/) and [asset manifest](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/media/reuse/manifest.json): dated captions, copyable image embeds, original downloads and a ZIP with file hashes. These are retained historical editions; check each asset's source conditions and live corrections before reuse.
- [Edition catalog](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/media/catalog.json) and [RSS feed](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/media/feed.xml). Preserve observation periods, source credit, reuse conditions and corrections; publication is not independent adoption.

## Dollar-funding workflow evaluation

- [Treasury and research workflows](https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/partners/dollar-funding.html): Existing source-linked funding review, CSV/API setup and a proposed recurring-use evaluation. Distinguishes funding conditions from fiscal debt, exchange rates, bank solvency and market depth.

First saved review: `financial-evidence start`, then `financial-evidence review funding --output reviews`. Return with `--previous <capture>/result.json` to compare the same task. Guide: https://beepboop2025.github.io/financial-evidence-skills/agents/FIRST_REVIEW.md
