# weft-sql

Native Python bindings for the Weft SQL compiler. Distribution `weft-sql`, import
`weft`. Functions consume pinned original compiler requests and return complete
JSON responses or explicit refusals. The compiler does not execute database SQL
or grant native authority. Consult the repository support inventory and release
pins for each backend, feature, native subset and required owner obligations.

Standard wheels include the original Typed SDK APIs and distinct candidate
page registrations. Package versions are separate from backend and ABI versions.
The combined 0.4.40 line preserves the explicit Truss Date ABI1.1 profile alongside
older profiles. Selected temporal Typed SDK qualification remains HELD.

CPython ABI3 targets conventional GIL builds of Python3.9 and later on the five
published platform targets. Installed-wheel gates qualify exact artifacts;
other interpreters and platforms are not implied. Licensed at your option under
MIT or Apache-2.0. Dependencies retain their own licenses and bundled notices.
