The v0.2 surface is intentionally NOT extending base.html. The
Svelte app owns every visible piece of chrome (header, tabs,
panels, footers), so wrapping it with the legacy template would
only inject things that no longer apply: the "modmcp" wordmark,
the warden_mode pill (passive is now the only product surface),
the v1.1 nav strip, and an htmx

v0.2 bundle not built. Run npm install && npm run build
inside frontend/, then reload.
