Start the metadata database over: move it aside and create an empty one (experimental)

Usage: barca state reset [OPTIONS]

Options:
  -y, --yes Do not ask: required when stdin is not a terminal
      --json Emit JSON on stdout (the default when stdout is not a terminal)
      --pretty Emit human-readable output (the default when stdout is a terminal)
      --env <ENV> Environment name (separates cache/state per environment)
  -h, --help       Print help

Examples:
  barca state reset # asks first in a terminal
  barca state reset --yes # no question (scripts, agents)
  barca state reset --yes --json       # {database, moved_to, moved, undo}
  barca state reset --yes --env dev # another environment's database

Moves .barca/metadata.db and its -wal and -shm aside to metadata.db.reset-<UTC> in the same
directory and creates an empty database in its place: run history, cache records, partition
keys and schedule pauses start over. Nothing is deleted and artifacts are left alone (the cache
limit evicts what nothing references). Undo: barca state restore --from <the moved file>.
For a database that cannot be opened (corrupt, or a format this barca does not read) too.
Without --yes and not in a terminal: exit 2. Exit 3: a run is in progress, or barca serve is
using the environment (reset from its UI, or POST /state/reset).
