roadjp op• Data kinds: table → scalar
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.add_sign(world: 'dict', kind: 'str', x: 'float', y: 'float', yaw: 'float', *, value=None, mount_height: 'float | None' = None, pole_radius: 'float' = 0.03, cell: 'int' = 4, size_px: 'int' = 128, font_path=None, side: 'float | None' = None) -> 'int' (to call the implementation directly, import roadjp; roadjp.add_sign(world: 'dict', kind: 'str', x: 'float', y: 'float', yaw: 'float', *, value=None, mount_height: 'float | None' = None, pole_radius: 'float' = 0.03, cell: 'int' = 4, size_px: 'int' = 128, font_path=None, side: 'float | None' = None) -> 'int'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("add_sign"))
Erects a roadside sign: post (cylinder, gray, label 6) + plate (lower edge = mount_height, default 1.8 m, label 4).
Convention: the face of the plate faces vehicles approaching in the yaw direction (normal = (−cos yaw, −sin yaw)). The implementation just rotates sign_mesh (normal −x)
with driveworld.place_mesh. The plate is mounted in front of the pole (on the vehicle side), offset by pole_radius + 1 cm. Return value = the object index of the plate (extra = {"kind", "value", "width", "height", "mount_height"}). The pole is a separate object immediately before it.
Empty input (world as an empty dict) raises ValueError.
