pegsim op• Data kinds: matrix → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.circle_fit_known_radius(points, r: 'float', iters: 'int' = 30) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import pegsim; pegsim.circle_fit_known_radius(points, r: 'float', iters: 'int' = 30) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("circle_fit_known_radius"))
Fits a circle of known radius r to a 2-D point sequence (row, col) (solves only for the center by Gauss-Newton; stable even on partial arcs).
Same input/output conventions (cy, cx, rms) as measure.fit_circle (algebraic, radius also unknown). For targets whose radius is known from the drawing, like the cross-section of a peg, fixing the radius determines the centre even from a short arc (in a free fit, radius and centre trade off when the arc is short). Raises ValueError: fewer than 2 points, non-finite, r ≤ 0.
• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).

• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
