course op• Data kinds: table × table → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.course_layout(elements, placements) (to call the implementation directly, import drivecourse; drivecourse.course_layout(elements, placements); from the registry, opsdrive.get("course_layout"))
Places multiple elements by rigid motions (x, y, yaw) and combines them into 1 dict.
Each element's polygon / centerline / rails / stop_lines are transformed as points, and entry / exit / signal_poses as poses (yaw is rotated too). profile (the (s, z) of a slope) is in the element's local arc length, so it is left as is. The return value is {"kind": "layout", "elements": [変換済み要素(各々 "placement" を持つ)], "polygon": None, "bounds": (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax), "placements": [...]}. Inside/outside tests use the union of elements (course_contains / course_occupancy). Overlapping elements are treated as a union.
Raises ValueError: elements empty / numbers of elements and placements differ / an element is not a dict / a placement is not 3 finite values.
