cutting op• Data kinds: rgb × table × scalar × scalar → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.cut_depth_from_side(image, track, px_per_mm: 'float', board_row: 'float', win: 'int' = 5) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import cutting; cutting.cut_depth_from_side(image, track, px_per_mm: 'float', board_row: 'float', win: 'int' = 5) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("cut_depth_from_side"))
Cutting depth (mm) from the top surface of the food item in the face-view image (saturation edge, subpixel per column → median) and the cutting-edge line.
Depth = z of the top surface − z of the knife edge at the centre of the food's width (interpolation of the line from knife_edge_track). If the blade is bent, this becomes error directly. Return value: depth_mm, top_z_mm, edge_z_mm, food_cols (left/right), n_cols, centre_col.
