cutting op• Data kinds: any × any → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.cut_force_csv_load(path, license: 'str') -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import cutting; cutting.cut_force_csv_load(path, license: 'str') -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("cut_force_csv_load"))
Reads the CSV of blade forces written by a finite element cutting simulation (line 1 is Rcforc, line 2 the column names, columns alternate between time and the 3 force components).
Intended for the dataset published with arXiv:2105.12244 (CC BY-NC 4.0 = non-commercial). The caller must write license (so that the data's use is recorded in the return value; empty raises ValueError). The data is not put in the repo; its location is passed via an environment variable. Return value: t_s, F_xyz (N, (N, 3)), license; path is not returned (local paths are not kept in records).
• Sample-data catalog (download URLs / licences) — 2-D uses skimage.data (BSD/public domain) plus synthetic images; 3-D lists download URLs for real data sources (Stanford, PDS, …).
• Operator provenance and references — the sources of the research/methods this op family came from.
• The canonical algorithm (author, year) and its uses are named in the family usage guide above.
