crossing op• Data kinds: any → any
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.legal_stop_intervals(merged, road_start: 'float', road_end: 'float', car_length: 'float') -> 'np.ndarray' (to call the implementation directly, import drivecrossing; drivecrossing.legal_stop_intervals(merged, road_start: 'float', road_end: 'float', car_length: 'float') -> 'np.ndarray'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("legal_stop_intervals"))
Intervals (m, 2) of rear-end positions at which the car body [rear, rear + car_length] fits entirely while avoiding the no-stopping-or-parking sections (merged (k, 2)).
Exact interval ends (e.g. a distance of exactly 5 m) are included on the prohibited side ("within"), so a vehicle body merely touching an end is allowed (closure of the complement of closed intervals).
Empty input (merged with 0 elements) returns an empty result (reason: if there are 0 prohibited intervals, the whole road is the correct answer. no_stopping_zones can return an empty merged even when facilities exist (when there are only bus stops outside their service hours)).
