pass op• Data kinds: table → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.no_overtaking_zones(features: 'Iterable[dict]', *, priority_road: 'bool' = False, vicinity: 'Optional[dict]' = None, steep_grade: 'float' = 0.1, zone: 'float' = 30.0) -> 'Dict[str, object]' (to call the implementation directly, import drivepass; drivepass.no_overtaking_zones(features: 'Iterable[dict]', *, priority_road: 'bool' = False, vicinity: 'Optional[dict]' = None, steep_grade: 'float' = 0.1, zone: 'float' = 30.0) -> 'Dict[str, object]'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("no_overtaking_zones"))
Builds the sections where overtaking under Art. 30 (lane changes or passing alongside for overtaking) is prohibited, from facilities along the road. Scenarios S081, S009, S130.
features[i] = {"kind", "start", "end"} (point facilities use "at"). kind:
sign (a section prohibited by signs etc., taken as is), curve (a bend; item 1 "vicinity" = vicinity before and after, assumption 30 m), crest (top of an uphill slope, likewise), downhill (downhill slope; "steep gradient" of item 1 if "grade" is steep_grade (assumption 10 %) or more, or if there is no grade), tunnel (item 2; excluded if "has_lanes" is true), intersection (item 3; excluded if travelling on a priority_road), railway_crossing / crosswalk / bicycle_crossing (item 3). Item 3 is [start − 30, end]. Return value: zones = [(a, b, kind, item)], merged = (k, 2) with overlaps merged.
Empty input (features with 0 entries) returns an empty result (reason: roads with 0 facilities are common, and having no prohibited sections is the correct answer).
