roadjp op• Data kinds: none → table (an op determined by its arguments alone — it takes no image or data input)
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.sign_params(kind: 'str', *, side: 'float | None' = None) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import roadjp; roadjp.sign_params(kind: 'str', *, side: 'float | None' = None) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("sign_params"))
Returns the shape, dimensions and colors of road sign kind (published values; to be checked against the primary source).
{"shape", "width", "height", "mount_height", "ground", "border", "ink", "side"}. shape is circle / triangle_down / diamond / pentagon / rect. width and height are the outer dimensions of the plate [m]:
circle diameter 0.6, inverted triangle side 0.6 (height = side × √3/2), diamond side 0.45 (diagonal = side × √2), wide rectangle 0.6 × 0.3, pentagon (crosswalk) 0.6 × 0.6 — source: Order on Road Signs, Division Lines and Road Markings (Japan), Appended Table 2 / KICTEC dimension table. The rectangle and pentagon dimensions have not been checked against that table (to be verified). Passing side replaces the side length (diameter for the circle, side for the diamond) (e.g. to give the stop sign its drawn side of 800 mm; regulatory and instruction signs may legally be 1/2 to 2 times the drawn size). mount_height = 1.8 (roadside type, lower edge of the plate).
