cuttouch op• Data kinds: any × signal → table
• Call: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.toughness_from_pads(loads, w_eff_mm, xi: 'float | None' = None, min_w_mm: 'float' = 2.0, readable_only: 'bool' = True) -> 'dict' (to call the implementation directly, import cuttouch; cuttouch.toughness_from_pads(loads, w_eff_mm, xi: 'float | None' = None, min_w_mm: 'float' = 2.0, readable_only: 'bool' = True) -> 'dict'; from the registry, opsdrive.get("toughness_from_pads"))
Sequence of knife_load_from_pads results and the cutting width w_eff [mm] (from the image, cutting.food_cut_width) → toughness R and a summary of the contact position.
R = least squares through the origin V = R · w_eff · g(ξ), g = 1/(1+ξ²) (cutting.cut_force_fit; friction is absorbed into R). ξ is xi if given (from motion); if omitted, the tactile-only ξ̂ = median(H/V) (frames with w_eff ≥ min_w_mm that are readable). With readable_only, frames with readable = False are not used (not silently mixed in; their count goes to n_unreadable). Returns: R / rms_n / n, xi_used / xi_tactile (median) / xi_tactile_iqr, Ly_median / Ly_mad (readable frames), n_unreadable, model. Raises ValueError: length mismatch, fewer than 3 usable frames, an element is not a return value of knife_load_from_pads.
