• Email address -- provided through Stripe during checkout.
• Domain names purchased -- the domains you register through our service.
• Order IDs -- unique identifiers assigned to each transaction.

We do not collect names, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Email -- used solely for ICANN-required correspondence related to your domain registration (e.g., registrant verification, transfer notifications, expiration notices). We will not send marketing emails or share your email with third parties for promotional purposes.
• Domain and order records -- used to fulfill your registration, provide support, and maintain records required for legal and tax compliance.

4. Tracking, Analytics, and Cookies

InstaDomain does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or any other form of user tracking. We do not fingerprint browsers or devices. There is no third-party analytics code on our pages.

5. WHOIS Privacy

All domain registrations include WHOIS privacy protection where supported by the TLD registry. This means your personal contact information is hidden from public WHOIS lookups and replaced with proxy information provided by the registrar's privacy service.

6. Data Retention

Order records (email, domain names, order IDs, and transaction details) are retained indefinitely. This is necessary to comply with legal obligations, tax reporting requirements, and to support domain-related disputes or transfers that may arise after purchase.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only with the parties required to complete your domain registration:

• OpenSRS / Tucows -- the ICANN-accredited registrar that processes registrations.
• Cloudflare -- the DNS hosting provider for your domain.
• Stripe -- the payment processor.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third parties.

8. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request information about the data we hold related to your orders. Note that certain data must be retained for legal and registrar compliance and cannot be deleted on request.
