GitHub issues bot index page

This is the index page of GitHub issues bot. For information about usage, see Operation modes - Web app below.

To get started quickly:

1. Set up a GitHub repository hook to report events of Issues to endpoint /callback.
2. Set up the webhook secret to secret defined in file auth.cfg. (Default is ahoj)
