Load one or more FITS images in the panels on the left. With Fast preview on, the combined view updates quickly from downsampled buffers; click Plot Full Resolution for the WCS figure.
Layers must share a common pixel grid before combining.
Use Align layers… in the toolbar if panel shapes differ, or
mcf.reproject_image() / mcf.align_stack() in a script.
