# clarity-cli

Interactive command-line tool for test management, profile handling and component uploads to
CyClarity.

## Installation

```bash
python -m pip install --upgrade "pip>=26.2.2"
python -m pip install --upgrade clarity-cli
```

Upgrade pip first. Older pip releases ship their own copy of certifi that still trusts the
compromised eMudhra/emSign CA chain (October 2026), and pip ignores your operating system's
certificate store, so on an untrusted network the download of the CLI itself could be
intercepted. The same applies to `uv` (upgrade to 0.13.4 or later) and `poetry`. clarity-cli
1.0.16 and later require `certifi>=2026.10.19`, the first bundle without the compromised root.
