Just the times — names are generated:

Times can be written several ways — seconds, minutes and seconds, decimals, or timecode with a frame count on the end. All four of these mean the same span:

    00:01:12.500,00:01:24.250
    00:01:12:15,00:01:24:00

Rows that cannot be read are reported and skipped — the rest still import. Everything lands in potential clips, so nothing is made until you promote it.
