Edit

Delete {{ grating.name }}?

This grating has {{ linked_runs|length }} linked saved run{{ 's' if linked_runs|length != 1 else '' }}.

What should be deleted?

Deleting the grating and runs cannot be undone. Active runs block deletion with their associated runs.

Incidence and diffraction angles are grazing-angle magnitudes on opposite sides of the grating. Their sum is 180° − 2θ.

Parameter study This study is only for verifying numerical stability. It compares simulations while varying Fourier orders, X resolution, and Z resolution, with energy and grazing angle held fixed.

Choose the energy and angle for the study, then define the numerical ranges to compare.

For each sweep, choose the other two numerical parameters to hold fixed. Defaults use the highest X/Z resolutions and the lowest Fourier order in the study.

Fourier orders Fourier orders are integer values only. The number of distinct steps cannot exceed maximum minus minimum plus one.

Z resolution, nm
Custom parameter grid

The saved grating supplies the base geometry and coating. Independent parameters form a Cartesian grid. Within a coupled group, values stay together row by row—for example energy 100 with angle 1, then energy 200 with angle 2. Edit grating roughness

Default values

These values apply to every case unless overridden by an independent parameter or a coupled parameter group below.

Independent parameters

Use a linear range or an explicit comma-separated list.

Coupled parameters

Choose an existing independent parameter to couple to, then choose the new parameter. Enter its values manually or generate a range with the same number of points. Each table row is one paired case. Edit the source values under Independent parameters.
