Hey! So basically what happened was I decided to try making sourdough bread for the first time, and honestly? It was a whole journey. First, I had to make the starter, which took like a week of feeding it flour and water every single day. Super tedious, but kind of satisfying in a weird way. Then came the actual baking part, and let me tell you, I was NOT prepared for how sticky that dough would be. It got everywhere — my hands, the counter, somehow my hair. But after all the folding and waiting and more waiting, I finally popped it in the oven and the smell was absolutely incredible. The crust came out perfectly golden and crispy, and the inside was soft and tangy. Honestly, I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. Would I do it again? Probably, yeah. It's one of those things that feels really rewarding once you get the hang of it.
