1. Enable control — no longer an innovation. The platform switch at 26×15, which WebKit honours via width/height (measured: default is exactly 38×22, font-size is ignored). Falls back to the shipped .sw where the attribute is unsupported. Our mini toggle is deleted.
2. Graphic gutter — fixed width, free height, top-aligned. Nothing / disc 1:1 / jacket 2:3.
3. Two-line rail row — title over author. Shipped rows are one line.
4. Count badge in the rail — .proposed-count reused in a new place, with the dark-mode fix (register B5).
5. Review button with inline count — accent button, count pill inside it.
6. Card status line — “14 tags on 34 quotes”. Needs a distinct count that does not exist (register B6).
7. Card grid — shipped .picker-row is a vertical column; browse is a grid.
8. Rail collapse button — native uses ⌘⌥L; a web affordance is new.

Everything else is shipped CSS, inlined verbatim. The left column is a static stand-in for the native SwiftUI chrome — not prototyped.
