Digital Business Simulator — Enterprise Edition
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Digital Business Simulator ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on a single device for the purpose of business modeling, simulation, forecasting, and digital twin management. This license is perpetual for the installed version subject to the terms herein.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software. Multi-tenant deployment requires a separate enterprise license.
All business data, financial records, employee information, and simulation outputs are stored locally on your device or designated server infrastructure. The Software does not transmit proprietary business data to external servers without explicit configuration by the administrator.
The Software, including all code, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and visual designs, is the intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Business simulations and forecasts are probabilistic models and should not be the sole basis for critical financial decisions. The developer is not liable for business decisions made using outputs from the Software.
Minor updates and security patches are provided as part of this license. Major version upgrades may require additional licensing. Community support is available via the official repository.
