any2agent — Generated Output Exception
Additional permission under GNU AGPL version 3 section 7

⚠️ DRAFT — GOOD-FAITH DRAFT, NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Have a lawyer review the final
wording before you rely on it. The intent below is what matters; the exact text
may need adjustment for your jurisdiction.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

any2agent is a tool that GENERATES artifacts (tool specifications, MCP servers,
and related configuration) from a user's own API contract.

As an additional permission under section 7 of the GNU Affero General Public
License version 3, the copyright holder grants the following:

The artifacts produced by running any2agent against your own inputs
("Generated Output") are NOT considered a derivative work of any2agent and are
NOT subject to the terms of the AGPL. You own your Generated Output and may
license and use it however you wish.

This exception does NOT apply to the any2agent source code itself, nor to any
modified version of any2agent. If you modify any2agent and make the modified
version available to others over a network (for example, as a hosted service),
the AGPL's source-disclosure obligations still apply to the any2agent code.

In short:
  - Use any2agent locally, generate MCP servers/tools, ship them under any
license you want — the AGPL never touches your generated output.
  - Only re-hosting or re-selling a MODIFIED any2agent as a service triggers the
AGPL. For that, contact the copyright holder for a commercial license.
