Getting Started

Quick Start

1. Select a foundation model above
2. Upload your training data (.csv or .parquet)
3. Upload labels or select a label column from your data
4. Choose your task type and configure training
5. Click Run Training

Data Format

Standard Model Bio expects MEDS-format data with subject_id, time, and code columns. Labels should map each subject to a target value.
