Agreement ("Agreement"). Any use of the Licensed Work other than as permitted
under this Agreement is prohibited.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Licensor" means the provider of the Licensed Work.

"Licensed Work" means the original work of authorship made available under this
License, including source code, documentation, configuration, and any included
assets.

"Change Date" means the date specified above on which the Change License becomes
effective.

"Change License" means the license specified above that applies to the Licensed
Work after the Change Date.

"Additional Use Grant" means the additional use grant provided above, granting
certain rights to use the Licensed Work prior to the Change Date.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants to you the
right to copy, modify, create derivative works, redistribute, and make
non-production use of the Licensed Work. The Licensor may make an Additional Use
Grant, above, permitting limited production use.

You may make production use of the Licensed Work only to the degree allowed by
the Additional Use Grant. If the Additional Use Grant does not permit your
proposed use, production use is prohibited until the Change Date.

3. LIMITATIONS

The Licensed Work is not licensed for production use, except to the extent
described above in the Additional Use Grant.

You may not use the Licensed Work for a purpose that constitutes a violation of
applicable law.

You may not combine or distribute the Licensed Work with software under a
copyleft license in a manner that would cause the Licensed Work to become
subject to the terms of that license.

4. AUTOMATIC CONVERSION

On the Change Date, this Agreement automatically terminates, and the Licensed
Work will thereafter be available under the Change License.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE LICENSED WORK IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE
LICENSED WORK OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE LICENSED WORK.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR’S LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS
AGREEMENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSED WORK OR ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR HAVE LIABILITY FOR ANY
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND
BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER OR NOT LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. TERMINATION

Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to
comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all
use of the Licensed Work and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

Sections 5 and 6 will survive any termination of this Agreement.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect
to the Licensed Work. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will remain in effect and be enforceable.

Any amendment or waiver of any term must be in writing and signed by the
Licensor.

The Licensed Work and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by the
laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor resides, without regard to
conflicts of law principles.
