Transaction Mixin
Waiting for Approval State

Extends mixin.transaction with a confirm / waiting-for-approval workflow state. Integrates with mixin.multiple_approval to support multi-step approval sequences that gate the confirm action. Auto-injects the confirm button, approve/reject buttons, and policy fields into form and list views. Provides the action_confirm lifecycle handler and associated decorator hook points.

• Adds confirm_ok, approve_ok, reject_ok, and restart_approval_ok policy fields computed automatically
• Auto-injects confirm, approve, reject, and restart-approval buttons into the form header
• Auto-injects confirm and reject state badge decorators on tree views
• Auto-injects confirm and reject filter widgets on search views
